Please use this repair form for EACH repair issue. Repairs not listed on this form, will not be considered.For new construction homeowners, you have a limited warrenty covering latent defect for one year from move-in. For existing homeowners, you only have a warranty until you close. Latent defects are hidden, non-apparent flaws in property, construction, or products that cannot be discovered through reasonable, customary inspection. These flaws—often relating to structural, mechanical, or design issues—typically manifest over time, such as in plumbing, electrical, or foundation issues. Appliances are not covered under this warranty. Please review your limited warranty agreement for more details.
