In the coming weeks and months, we are going to be posting a number of stories and events on our website about all the amazing things that will be happening at Habitat. We will introduce you to the seven amazing families we will be building for this Spring along with stories from volunteers and staff during the build. We will also be sharing information about how to volunteer, attending a volunteer orientation, and special events like our Wall Raising and Home Dedication Services!
We will introduce many of you to the Habitat ReStore and how you can help people in need of housing in our community and at the same time find amazing deals on building supplies, furniture, and much more!
Are you thinking about buying a home, but not sure if homeownership is right for you or where to start? Habitat provides pre-purchase homeownership education for perspective homebuyers in our community. The class will introduce you to the home buying process, discuss budgeting skills, how credit works, working with a lender, finding the right home, the closing process and protecting your home.
